Okay, so if I understand, I make an Auto Action and then I click manually on the link >Config>Internal, the task should trigger.
Yes, as long as those actions have the relevant trigger added to them. For internal general URL you need to ensure your actions have the internalGeneral trigger.
If I have 10 Auto Action, 10 will trigger at the same time, right?

You don't need to stop them. They fire once until the URL is accessed again. If using CRON then you schedule it so it fires every few minutes, hours, days, or whatever you want. If you access the URL directly then it only fires one time when you access it.
For that action to work you need to ensure the user id you've specified is valid. You can find a users ID within CB > User Management in the far right column (the far left column is not their ID). The action and CB Auto Actions it self both must also be published.

You can't, you create multiple copies of the action and supply a new id with each one.
