You have errors coming from your Ads Manager CB plugin and the Ads Manager extension it self. When you migrated your 3rd party extension become nonfunctional as the version you have installed does not work on the version of Joomla you're using. Either uninstall Ads Manager and its CB plugin or contact Ads Manager developer for further support.

Yes, it's a fatal SQL error that's coming from your 3rd party CB plugin "Ads Manager". When viewing CBSubs it loads in CB plugins, including that broken 3rd party plugin which is causing a fatal error.
