Terms & Conditions approval checkbox in registration process hidden in some cases with CB conditional plugin

Hello,

I have developed a website using Joomla! 3.1.4 and Community Builder 1.9

I turned on CB conditional plugin for registration so the registration process depends on the quality of the subscriber : if he belongs to category "Ancien élève" then I show some fields in some tabs; if he belongs to category "Parent d'élève" then I show some other fields in some other tabs,...

The problem is that if the subscriber does not belong to the first category then the checkbox for Terms & Conditions approval is not shown so the registration process can not be completed.

I do not know how to make this checkbox for Terms & Conditions approval always visible so the registration process can always be completed.

Maybe I discovered a bug.

Please check www.aalisg.org/identification/inscription.html to understand the problem : it appears for all "Statut" field value except "Ancien élève".

Terms and conditions isn't a tab or a field. It's just added to the registration page. CB Conditional does its best to try and place it somewhere, which is typically the last step. I would avoid conditionally show/hide of the last step to avoid terms and conditions being disabled.

Normally if it was a tab or a field you'd just move it somewhere it can't be disabled, but it's not so it's always on the last tab. There's nothing I can do about it. CB Conditional does its best to generate all the steps, but it's not an easy implementation by a long shot (and is gone in next release as CB 1.10.0 I've implemented tabbed registration into the core).
