Could you please advise me what I am doing wrong!

Every thing works pretty much as expected except for the "Welcome Mail"

The user receives a mail with the following sentence "
And your password is as follows : [PASSWORD]"

Please advise what i am missing!

You can't include password in the Welcome email unless you're using randomly generated passwords with registration approval. In all other scenarios the password has been encrypted and can not be reversed so it is impossible to send with Welcome email. You only need to send it with the Pending email.
