just one more question. how do I translate emails if I have multilingual site?
I don't think you can. Emails currently always send in the language of the person sending it instead of the person receiving it. So if using CRON it'll always send in the Default site language.
also where exactly I find the link which should be run by cron?

You don't have the latest release. Upgrade to 5.1.3 and you'll see the Internal tab as well as the new internal triggers in the triggers dropdown.
