Step by Step registration using CB Conditionals

11 years 1 month ago #233784 by asierraserna
Hello CB team,

I've been trying to configure the Step by Step registration using CB conditional since I need to split the country selection from the city selection. The idea is one step has country, the next step has city.

When trying to register a new user from front end, the system is showing a 500 internal server error and no more information. This is only happening when the CB Conditional plugin is active. I have tried everything I found in the forums so far, but no luck.

The error message shown is this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method cbconditionalClass::getTemplate() in /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbconditional/plugin.cbconditional.php on line 20

Can you please help me?

CB Version: 1.9

Please download and install 3.0.12, that's a bug in 3.0.11. Step by step should then work fine.
