Hey CB team

I have a free version of CB running. Now i upgraded to pro membership. How can i upgrade my CB installation to pro without deinstalling and reinstall? I want to delete the CB Credentials...

Question 2: where can i download the auto action plugin?

There is no difference in CB component.
CB 1.9 is the latest version - if you have it installed then there is no need to reinstall.
But you can install over without losing any settings.

As a Professional member you can download from the Advanced download area also.
The CB Detailed manual is in this download area also.
Study page 78 to see how you can remove frontend Community menu.

Hello to everybody :)

I have quite the same question: I have a free version of CB and want to upgrade to the QuickStart PRO one, in order to have selected add-ons already configured, without deleting any configuration or user.

What am I supposed to do? I'm not able to find this answer in the manual.

CB QuickStart Pro doesn't delete anything. It does the opposite by installing various plugins and pre-configuring them. It does make some changes to CB > Configuration to ensure CB QuickStart Pro is setup correctly though.

Yes, you can install CB Quickstart Pro through Joomlas extension manager and it'll install and configure everything it's designed to install and configure, including CB it self. You should not lose any data, but you should always make a backup before installing anything to be safe.
