I would like to create a cron job that imports and updates users from an external database to Community Builder once a day. Another cron on the server already creates a csv-file with these data once a day, but I can't see how to import it.
You can add the Internal General or Internal Users triggers to your actions. Once done use the URLs within CB Auto Actions > Config > Internal to activate those actions. Internal General does not have a user object so it can be used for generalized tasks that don't need a user object. Internal Users applies to every user object so it is heavier to use, but it can be used to alter user objects or use their data for whatever you need.

I don't know, I explained how to use CB Auto Actions with CRON. You could use a Code action and set Method to PHP then work with PHP directly if you like, but CB still has no CSV import/export features.
