[SOLVED] CB Connect disappearing window with no user created

I just created a new install of everything with Joomla 3.0.
I created a new Facebook App.
In the past (been a few years and Facebook "rule changes", but
I have previously installed this with success.

I am sure a simple solution is starring me in the face but after reading any posts, and looking through the tutorials I can not see what is happening wrong.

When a user chooses to log in or link with Facebook for the first time They get the message that the app will be using their information, but nothing changes or no user is created or linked. The Facebook windows goes away. When trying again the windows comes up briefly then goes away with no changes.

I am fairly certain I have everything configured properly with the app, however in the process I realized in my hurry I did not go through all the routine setup configs, such as disabling Joomla registration, etc... but I have done everything I know to do and all appears to be setup correctly and I can not get past this, and see no error codes. (I did load firebug)

Please advise

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Now visit your front page and press F12. Right click the Console and tell it to Preserve so the logs will remain between page loads. Now try to use CB Connect Facebook sign in. If an error occurs it'll log it to the windows console if it happened during the JS token exchange.

Please be sure you've reviewed the below carefully and have configure Facebook exactly as instructed.

At first I had trouble with FireFox, but I see F12 and the other directions work in Chrome. Which section do I need to look at for errors? -

Note Facebook has changed a bit since the instructions, but all is present as directed.

Sandbox mode is OFF.

After pressing F12 in Chrome click the "Console" tab (far right tab on the top nav bar of the developer window). Next right click inside the console and click "Preserve log upon navigation" (be sure to turn this off when you're done!). Now try using CB Connect. If there are any JS errors during the popup process it'll log them there. Note debug mode must be enabled and you should also set maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration.

Please switch to default Joomla template. Your template maybe missing the message tag so it maybe throwing a message when the window closes and the page reloads, but you can't see it if your template is missing the message tag. If still nothing please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.
