If it's not displaying perhaps is disabled within CB Connect > Config > Facebook > Menu. Below is a screenshot of what it should roughly look like.
If the account is linked, login with Facebook, go to profile view, and it should be on your CB Menu. Note you need to have an active Facebook session set by CB Connect so you need to have logged in using CB Connect.
