I'm using CB Subs for the first time but have used CB often. I am not seeing a setting to auto-send a renewal reminder to subscribers prior to expiration. Seems like there would be a basic setting allowing you to set a reminder email to go at a specified number of days before expiration. Am I missing it?
You have to use CBSubs Mailer to setup an email to send before expiration. You can trigger it with CRON using the URLs provided in CBSubs > Mailer > Automation or by manually navigating to the URLs. Please see your CBSubs documentation for mailer usage examples.
