Try multiple browsers and see if the issue goes away. Could be an issue in the browser it self. Aside from that you'll need to continue to try and work with Facebook to see what could be causing as again Facebook handles the entire Comment usage; CB Connect just outputs the needed HTML as instructed in their social plugin (you can also output your own if you like using Custom and try the different render methods for social plugins).

Hello,

I tried uninstalling CB Connect 5.2.2 and installed CB Facebook Connect package v. 3.0.1

It is working!!!! :woohoo:

But without all the functionality from Cb Connect. I think there is a problem with the CB Connect Facebook code.

I will try with the exact configuration I have in CB Facebook Connect package v. 3.0.1.

Force IPV4: YES

I'll let you know if CB Connect works

Weird... I don't understand what happened...

Info: Force IPV4 = YES
Suppress Login Messages = NO
Authentication Method = popup or redirect

I hope it helps.

What out the user you are using to test the connection. looks like it has issues testing with the FB user owner of the app.

That's normal.

Domain mismatch. Social sites have extremely strict domain matching rules. If you setup your Facebook application for example.com it will not work on www.example.com . To have it work on both you need to configure "App Domains" as I instruct you to do on Step 6 of the below tutorial.
