Try multiple browsers and see if the issue goes away. Could be an issue in the browser it self. Aside from that you'll need to continue to try and work with Facebook to see what could be causing as again Facebook handles the entire Comment usage; CB Connect just outputs the needed HTML as instructed in their social plugin (you can also output your own if you like using Custom and try the different render methods for social plugins).

without www it works fine, with www, it doesn't works...
That's normal.
Any ideas? perhaps is related to the SSL certificate?
Domain mismatch. Social sites have extremely strict domain matching rules. If you setup your Facebook application for example.com it will not work on
www.example.com
. To have it work on both you need to configure "App Domains" as I instruct you to do on Step 6 of the below tutorial.
