Is it Possible to allow a membership Plan upgrade to a Cheaper Plan? I have a situation where the workflow may require this. e.g. If We have a certified member they pay a higher fee than if they are also accredited. An accredited member is also certified. My client wishes to have this pricing model to encourage members to become accredited, and thereby also pay a lower membership fee.
At one point I believe this was not possible, but is this now functionally possible as appears in the plan workflows (e.g. with conditions?). If so, will the pro-rate adjustment take this into consideration? Thanks.

Yes, as long as that cheaper plan was not purchased first or part of a parents child plans it generally should work fine. As far as prorating it I'm not entirely sure, but it maybe able to prorate the remaining value up to free as long as both plans are set to prorate, but I have not tested that scenario so I can't say for sure.
