Hello, I added in the registration field "User_type" so I can control access of users to different parts of my site.
I want to change to "Advertisers" users from Registered to publisher.
I'm interested to know which type of Auto Action I need to take.
And I use "User Type" radio button.
And I want to replace the caption with icons, is it possible?

I read the tutorial , but I want to do something else. I want to change the Joomla ACL groups, not to ad user list.

Please re-read the tutorial carefully. It has nothing to do with userlists. It describes how to add a usergroup to a user based off a field value. Subsequently that same action has multiple modes and one being "Replace Usergroups" instead of just adding or removing.
As for the icon, I'll give an example: I have a user type "student" I want that instead of "student" icon will appear.
You'll need to use CSS for that. If it's a multi-checkbox or radio field this is relatively easy as each input and label have a unique ID. Using Chrome or Firebug for Firefox right click a multi-checkbox or radio fields input labels then click Inspect Element to review its ID so you can style it with CSS.
