This is what
description says:
Display users CMS articles within a template-able profile tab. Model based for allowing additional CMS or content extension support in future releases. Full pagination, display number, and searching capability.

i'm wondering does it in any way allow the opposite - so user can create article within profile and display it within public CMS contentwith reference (link) to his profile.

No, but CB Blogs can provide that when its modal is set to Joomla for example.
