OK in attachments is printscreen from installation. I dont know where could I find any other error information.

Joomla uploads the installation com_comprofiler.zip file to TMP directory with owner 48 48 and with rights 644. All other created folders have owner 48 48 too, and rights 755. So i cant change rights.

Hi, the problem is solved.

I go to mysql database, manualy delete all com_comprofiler fields and when i again install it, the installation was done. :)
