I'm having problems with my community builder. The email verification used to work fine but now its not working at all even though when i go into configuration its setup do do email verification. There are 3 things that don't seem correct in my installation.
When i try and turn off user registration for Joomla it turns it off for community builder as well even though in community configuration its set so community build and the global settings for registration are set to independent of each other. Second thing is when a user hits submit only 3 fields of data show up in their profile even though the member filled out everything. Only username, password, and email address. None of the other fields contain data even though its entered. Third thing that not right is even though the member gets the verification email with link included when you click on it it doesn't activate the account. I hope these things may help you help me pinpoint where the problem is and how to fix it.

Sounds like you aren't using CB registration. Ensure you're using CBs login module and are navigating to CBs registration page. Aside from that you could have a conflict from an installed plugin. Disable 3rd party CB plugins 1 by 1 within CB > Plugin Management to find any conflicts.

I've no idea, we have no such plugin. We only have CB Core Redirect, which will redirect from Joomla registration and login to CB as needed. Please see your CB documentation available for download in the Advanced downloads section for CB configuration instructions.
