Auto add users to group was created by llong
I have one group and one category. I want to have ALL registered users assigned to the one group. Registered users must be approved by an administrator. I'm pretty sure this is an Auto Action but I'm not sure how to configure it...

User registers on site
Admin approves user
User is automatically placed into the one Group Jive Group

Sorry I am sure this is basic stuff and I'm trying to get my head around all of it.

Please see the below tutorial regarding the GJ action. The tutorial details creating a group on first login. This should give you an idea of how the action functions.

You'll then want to use the after approval trigger and change the "Auto" to "Join Group".

Thanks. I think the second line helped a little but I'm still not sure if I have it set right, I'll have to do some testing. What would be the access for this? Would it be everybody or just the administrators?

I don't want users creating additional groups. Just want them to join the one group that I have already created.
