Modifying the Registration and Update Contact Info forms

I found out how to eliminate "Frontend language", "Editor" and "Time zone". In the backend, using the CB Configuration Manager, User Profile tab, set "Allow user to edit CMS parameters on frontend" to NO.

Hope it works for you. One of the things, (can't remember which) that I was working on, has a tutorial that was very specific about leaving that feature to "yes". I would have tried that if I wasn't afraid of messing up my site.

If I remember what it was that required it, I will post it. Just remember that you did that in case you find later that you have a bug. That may be the culprit.
I want to say it had something to do with "auto actions" but I'm not 100% sure.

Good, glad to have helped. I did the "hidden" folder I suggested and it had some adverse problems like, back-end authorization, etc. So, I hope the other way you found works well for you.
