I have inherited a hodgepodge of member photos, mostly waist up shots from cameras, cell phones, scanned pictures etc. I want to get them into some consistent size prior to uploading as .jpg into each members CB Gallery. Any suggestion to what would be the best tool to use will be appreciated.
Batch processing through Photoshop or GIMP is your best options to properly auto-size or auto-crop all of them at once. Photoshop is the easier, but if you don't have it GIMP can also do it through a batch script. Google around for batch resizing using GIMP or Photoshop and you should run into a good bit of tutorials to get started.
