It's possible to be informed, when someone note a profile, i would like to be able to moderate each rate.
So i wonder if an email or a notification is possible for the adminstrator and the person who have received the rate ?
Nope, there's no individual field moderation features. Best you could do is using CB Profile Update Logger to notify you of profile changes or CB Auto Actions to email you on change. You won't be able to moderate what they change it to though.
