I have used CB for a while but new to CB Subs and am trying to set up subscription plans for public to sign up and so doing creating a new user. If you click CB Subs on right menu here:

gaineschamber.org/

you go to login screen. I don't want users to have to log in to see subscription plans or to purchase - when they do purchase they would be creating a user account also. Seems simple but I'm not seeing it how to do it.

I also tried direct links to Subscription Plans but get the message "you are not authorized to view this page!" - click one of the plan links here:

gaineschamber.org/index.php/join-chamber

You need to have a public and published Joomla menu link to CBs profile page. Once done they should see the plans on your registration page or if you give them a direct URL to your plans found at the top of your plans while editing them in CBSubs > Plans.

I don't get that - when I created and public page to CB profile:

gaineschamber.org/ (right menu bottom item called CBs Profile Page.

Click that and I get this message:

When I copy that message this message comes up with it:

Your registration page is as follows.

gaineschamber.org/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers

I've no idea how you're trying to reach registration, but you are probably not using the correct link. Your plan links on the following page also work fine.

gaineschamber.org/index.php/members/membership-plans

Please review your CB documentation carefully for configuration instructions. You can find it within the Advanced downloads section.
