It is possible to implement more than 5 conditions ?
No.
I have one other problem, when i put more than 1 conditons, only the last one seems working, have you got an idea.
It always works like this. You can not condition a field multiple times as only the last condition will matter. It logically doesn't make sense to show/hide, show/hide, show/hide, etc.. 5+ times the same field. The additional usages are not AND/OR usages, but are completely independent of one another.
