[#4298] Cbsubs: Promotion not apply

I have 2 kind of promotions for all purchase :

a) Fixed amount added (negative promotion) if some condition are meet
b) 20% discount apply if some condition are meet

When all conditions are meet these 2 promotions must be apply but in practice is not the case and I don't see why. I tried to play with "priority" but this don't change nothing. Furthermore all options in Advanced Tab are set to "Yes".

Example:

I have a plan who cost $1000 and when promotion "a" is applied, the price to pay become $1200. Now when promotion "b" is also applied, the 20% discount is supposed to be applied to $1200 but in my case this apply always to regular price of $1000.

How to do for apply both promotion ?

Ensure both promotions have "Exclusive within this priority:" set to "No, other promotions with same priority can apply same time". Now set "Priority" for both to "1". Next order the price increase promotion to be 1 and the discount to be 2. You should see both in the basket properly. I'm not entirely sure if it'll take in account your price increase when doing the discount though.

all your suggestions correspond already to my actual setup. I don't understand well when you say "You should see both in the basket properly". You mean under

index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=editPlugin&cid=505&action=showtable&table=paymentbaskets

If yes I don't see nothing special about promotion in this area...

I'm not entirely sure if it'll take in account your price increase when doing the discount though.

The price is well increased and I can see increased price on Subscribe/Renew button. Is the 20% discount which is not applied on increased price but on regular price..

I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think it'll apply to the price increased amount. Try leaving all the settings as is and giving the discount a priority of 2 instead of 1 while leaving the price increase as 1. If that doesn't work then it's going to always calculate from full price and will need to add a feature/bug ticket to investigate further.

I set priority 2 for discount but no change. It seem is really a bug or a missing feature. I hope you can do something..
