[#4298] Cbsubs: Promotion not apply

It can't calculate the DISCOUNTED_PRICE for promotions the user doesn't qualify for yet. For example if you have a promotion that is conditioned based off a field then at registration that condition will always fail. Check to ensure DISCOUNTED_PRICE is displaying correctly on profile as it's guaranteed not able to on registration (nothing to fix here, your condition can't be met yet).

sorry I don't understand well. As I said user is well qualified for both promotions and this is well reflected on basket but not in plan. I suppose this is due because one of my promotion is negative. So maybe you can't calculate well DISCOUNTED_PRICE for this reason.

Take a look to attached screenshot. The normal price plan in this example is 899 and my negative promotion increase the price for get 1043 (this is correct and is what I need). Now the additional promotion should apply 20% discount on this global increased amount. So instead to display 719.20 (which is the discounted amount of 899) it should display 834.40 (which is the discounted amount of 1043).

If you look on basket screenshot you can see all correct price and amount...proof all promotion are well applied. The green one is my negative promotion and the yellow one the normal.

Ok, I understand. The issue is with the custom price display then. I've updated the bug ticket with this information so it'll be easier to investigate the issue. The totalizers likely are not being ordered correctly when generating the discounted price. Again, I can not give you a time frame as to when this will be investigated and fixed as right now the priority is getting 1.10 done and released.

Ok..you are at least aware of the exact problem to solve. I hope this bug will be one of your priority when CB will be released. If is required for me to make modification in CBsubs files without need to wait a CBsubs release no problem.
