I'm using auto actions to create a groupjive group upon approval of registration on a specific CB Sups plan, I can create the group without a problem, but can't make the user the owner of the group.

In Group Owner it says "Otionally input substitution supported group owner override. If left blank the user triggering the action will be used."

I have tried with this left blank and also with [username]

Have you any idea what I am doing wrong?

regards,
Andrew

Depends entirely on the trigger. It's possible a user object is not available in your trigger. Please provide a screenshot of your auto actions configuration.

Ah, I see; owner is user id. You need to set it to [user_id] and not [username].
