In my joomla moderators getting mail after user confirmation. After some time when the moderator will approving the users, but this time moderator didn't get any mails. (For example one moderator is approving the user , then user will get a confirmation letter from the site at the same time other moderator have to get the mail at same time). Please let me know how it can make.

You want all moderators to be notified with a user becomes approved by another moderator? If I understand correctly that's what you're wanting then there is no such feature. You can try using CB Auto Actions on the after approval trigger with an Email action, but you'll need to input moderator email addresses manually to the To field.

Yes, the email supports substitutions and is a language string. You'll need to make changes to the _UE_REG_ADMIN_PA_MSG language string.

Hi Can you please explain the "CB Auto Actions on the after approval trigger with an Email action, but you'll need to input moderator email addresses manually to the To field."
You need to install and enable CB Auto Actions. Once done navigate to CB > Plugin Management > CB Auto Actions > Actions and create a new Email action for the after approval trigger. The rest of the configuration is self explanatory and has descriptions to the right of each input describing their usage.

No, there is no tutorial for this usage. CB Auto Actions also can't be documented as it's just a tool that does nothing without a usecase, which are site by site specific. Below is a tutorial of 1 of the many usecases CB Auto Actions can do.
