1. is there any chance to add/embed file field to the blog article, the idea is having podcast option under article in main content. i thought i would place the file field under the blog tab but it doesnot show up in tab dropdown when i create field.
2. the blog text editor comes with article, page break, read more and toggle editor category, is it possible to hide any of those options, i would like to hide article. i couldnot find anything in configuration.

No, it has no file upload features.

Yes, you'll need to disable those editor plugins within Extensions > Plug-in Manager or use JCE to have more customized layouts.

You should be able to do this if you have jce editor configured properly.

You'll need to add a new language string to cbteamplugins language file as follows.
'New Blog' => 'New Review'
Note this language string and all of CB Blogs other language strings will be included in CB 2.0 language plugin as it is a core plugin now. So finding and translating its string should become easier with next release.
