is there a way to have the users list in backend already filtered?

i need that my administrators could go from a quick icon on the control panel to the users list showing just the non approved users...

my admins are very dummy so i have to facilitate their life :-)

Yes, append &filter_status=Unapproved to the URL and it'll auto filter it to unapproved. You're able to do this with any of the filter inputs. To find their values and input names right click in Chrome or Firefox with Firebug and inspect element on the filter.
