Hello,

I try to use auto action for ACY Mailing.
Is it possible to add all the users already registered and new users in a list.
I use the trigger "internalGeneral" but it does not work!
Is this is a good trigger?

Thank you for your help.

Yes, add their subscription to a newsletter from within AcyMailing. I don't see a reason to try and force CB Auto Actions to be a batch tool.

I use the trigger "internalGeneral" but it does not work!

That trigger has no user object. You'd need to use Internal Users as it fires the action on every user row when you use the Internal Users URL within CB Auto Actions > Config > Internal.

I create 2 rules for male/female gender and 2 Lists in Acy.
I changed triger to use Internal Users.
But when I click on url in CB Auto Actions > Config > Internal, it nothing happens in Acy.

Thanks

Please provide a screenshot of your CB Auto Actions action. Check the conditionals carefully and ensure they are valid substitutions.

I changed the condition "equals" to "must have" and it works.
