Thank you. I've definitely tried viewing it after logging in with a registered user and with admin user.
Just for the sake of trying I set it to public, and it still won't work.
I really need to get this working, I don't know what I'm missing...
Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

It's not displaying anything because your custom CB template is incomplete or invalid. Switch to default CB profile template within CB > Configuration > User Profile and it displays fine.
