in J3.2 all seems to work fine. But I tried now to open in cb tab manager a tab. I get:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 99 bytes) in .../libraries/joomla/language/language.php on line 807

never had this before, so I think server has not changed.

I'm guessing you're just hitting your memory limit of 64mb. Try increasing to 128mb and see if issue persists. Have you done anything recently other than updating Joomla? I've not profiled J3.2 so I've no idea if it's heavy on memory or not compared to J3.1.
