Auto subscribe on Acymailing list was created by yogiman
Hi, i'm wandering if there is a way to have a visitor of the web site to be auto subscribed to a mailing list in acymailing as he send an email to a registered user trough his profile...

I have a yoga school site and this will list teachers around in the country trough comunity bulder profile pro, so i would like that when a site visitor contact a teacher from his profile, the visitor email get in the defined acymailing list....

is that possible in some way?

There's an AcyMailing action in CB Auto Actions. Simply use it on the after registration trigger and you can auto subscribe them to as many newsletters as you like.

Hi, thankyou actually i am trying to have non registered users to be subscribed as they send an email to a teacher via his profile

i've installed the public email plugin for non registered users to be able to send emails to teachers and i'm trying to have them subscribed to alist

Is the action "after registration" working for that?

I don't think you can do that. The CB Auto Actions AcyMailing action is designed to work with registered users and not guests. We did not develop CB Public Mail so I have no idea how it works or if it contains any triggers. You'll need to ask the developer about that. Note CB 1.10 will have the option to email usage of the email form publicly so you won't need CB Public Mail anymore with CB 1.10 (it does have triggers).

No, I meant that CB Public Mail won't be needed with CB 1.10 as CB 1.10 has a feature to enable public usage of the email form. CBs email form does fire triggers that CB Auto Actions can act on though, but this is no guarantee you'll be able to have what you're wanting.
