First beta should be released to Developer members later this month.

Then depending on feedback another beta might follow and then an RC for Professional members.

I anticipate that a stable release (ready for live sites) will happen in December (might as well let Joomla 3.2.1 get released first in order to make sure we can work-around any bugs introduced in Joomla).
