Hi guys,

We collect orders on our site thru another component called Hikashop. Most of the time Hikashop passes the user info over to CB and everything activates after a (hikashop generated) activation link is sent to the user.

However, sometimes, the user is shown as "enabled" but NOT "confirmed" and "approved"... RED X next to "confirmed" and "approved"

I would like the settings on CB to automatically "confirm" and "approve" all users but somehow this is not happening.

. this causes problems for users buying the products.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

They're not confirmed or approved because they don't exist in CB. CB supports CB registration only. The alternative is your other extension needs to properly register users through CB API to create them in Joomla and CB correctly.
