Approve only on type of user but not the other on registration

On registration, the user selects what type of user class he wants to be (this is done using CB Auto Actions on the custom field [cb_usertype] BTW). The choices for the new user are:

• user class A, who does not need to be approved on registration
• user class B, who is special and needs to be approved by an admin.

How can CB be made to only required the approval process for our user class B?
