When using the conditional plugin for tabbed registration, it appears that the styling is not working properly for the buttons ("next" and "back") when using the bootstrap template. See attached image for example. The button is completely washed out.
No idea, step by step is gone in next CB Conditional release. Right click in Chrome or Firefox with Firebug and click inspect element then review the CSS being applied to it.
