You need to contact the major mail servers and seek their advice. Also check the FAQ/Help pages for suggestions. They all have key things they're looking for to classify an email as spam.We would really appreciate your advice about how to reformat our emails to look less like spam.
Change the invite email to include more specific information and look less generated. The invite subject and message are language strings and both support substitutions so it's possible to make them unique.For instance:
we are using invitations to events via GroupJive and some of these are going into spam. What can we do?
This has nothing to do with CB. Any product will do this. You need to use better email formatting. CB always comes formatted generic for general usage.This is a really big deal for us and will impact whether we will continue with Community Builder.
