How can a user request a connection to another user if the user they want to connect with has set their Profile to be visible only from their Connections?
I can foresee a scenario where both users would have their Profile set to be seen by only their connections and therefore neither could connect!
They can't. I suppose you could try adding an add connection URL to a userlist for example, but that'd be circumventing the users privacy as maybe they don't want to connect. You could also disable that privacy option if you wanted.
