[SOLVED] Cant disable creating categories for users

Good evening. I dont know whats wrong, but i cant disable creating categories for registered users in group jive.

In configuration i have everythink disabled, but reg. user can still create as he wants.

What could be wrong?

I think the problem may be in communication between config and front end, because if i set up in config anythink, in front end thats have no effect.

Hahaha, i've done it..

In CB configuration was setup that all users in group "public" and higher are moderators

I set moderators just on superusers for now and creating new categories is for registered users disabled

Crazy crazy crazy...
