Seen a dozent times. Do you think it could be an option in the field mananger?
"Show field title as default" it would allow new layouts in show title in profile.
Now opions are: none, one line, two lines + NEW in field?
You want an empty field title? Set to _UE_BLANK to have as empty. With next CB release Title will not be required anymore so you'd simply just not add one. Aside from that I'm not sure what you're asking, sorry.
