problem CB Conditional

In my application, people (para-medical profession) to register must select a location and a health zone (drop down field)
I installed CB conditionnal for when choosing a region, the list of health zones is reduced to those for the department. I have 5 departments, each department there are between 4 and 6 health zones.
In my first case, I put equal to department1 and show I select areas corresponding health in hide, I do not select the corresponding department 2 in condition 2 ...
My form only condition 5 works all the others apparently useless

Conditional matching is always 1:1. This means if your values are language strings then you need to match against the language string and disable translation for the value. Please see the below example of this.

Field Values:
_UE_VAL1
_UE_VAL2
_UE_VAL3
_UE_VAL4

Conditional:
FIELD Equal To _UE_VAL1

I have viewed this tutorial and put Translate Value: disable.
Besides, if I only creates the condition 1, no problem it works fine but here is my problem, I have the fields departments with the following values

D'ailleur su je met la condition 1 seulement, pas de problème cela marche très bien mais voila mon problème, j'ai le champs départements avec les valeurs suivantes

The field value matching is a 1 to 1 match. If the field value is a language string then disable translations for the value to avoid it translating during matching. If the field is a multi-select type then be sure to use the Contains operators.
