Another noob question, sorry I'm still getting used to CB :blush:
In a users profile I can see an option to email the user but not PM. How can I enable this option?
I've seen an option to email and pm connections in CB configuration, this is enabled but I still can't see an option in a users profile. Probably a plugin, tab or field not published perhaps?

You need to install UddeIM. Once done enable the Private Message System plugin within CB > Plugin Management.
I highly recommend reading our detailed installation, configuration, and basic usage documentation found in the Advanced downloads section as it explains this usage and more. Being new to CB it should help you become more familiar with some of CBs features and usages.

UddeIM has been installed and working perfectly and the Private Messaging System plugin installed and published.
I found my issue was configuring the Private Messaging Systems plugin. I thought this was already done in other settings, it seems I needed to do it in two places, this is why it was confusing.
