Accept privacy and terms fields before registering with FB Connect

I'm trying to figure out how can I do this.

I want to let user register using FB Connect. Anyway due to law implications, users must accept privacy and conditions terms before Facebook APP starts.

I've think about this solution, but I don't know if doable:

- I can create an 2 HTML check button with privacy and terms sentences in the
Login Pre-text of CB Login module;

- I can create an auto-action that check during registration if fb_userid exists and if that's the case it run a php code that control if the check buttons are flagged or not.

Could this be a solution?

If yes, how can I do that? Someone can suggest me the code I should use in the auto-action?

If not a solution. Any other solution? :)

FB Connect is deprecated. Install CB Connect. It has built in support for terms and conditions.

Yes sorry I mean CB connect but I would let user explicit accept terms and privacy with a check.

At moment the consent is implicit.

That's only if they're using Link feature to connect to an existing account. If they're a new registration then it'll show an incomplete registration page for them to accept the terms and conditions, but you need to use the terms and conditions feature within CB > Configuration > Registration.

Ok, thanks.

So I suppose that with CB 2.0 I'll be able to create 1 field for terms, 1 field for privacy and then both will be shown to user to complete registration if using CB Connect.

Right?

No, you can't create terms and condition fields. It's a system field that default exists on the contact info tab, which you can move as needed. You should detail your terms on a single indexed page. CB Connect will also ignore CB 2.0 terms and conditions field for now until I figure out what direction I want to go with CB Connect.
