There's one weird thing though...
I'm still using the dummy payment method.
When I go to order that item... There's no 'pay now" button at the bottom of the credit card form. SO I can't go any further.
However it works just fine for new subscriptions...
Any suggestion?
I could always make this item cost $0.1 and test live with PayPal once the account is ready or maybe enable my old sandbox account again if necessary...

Ok, if anyone faces the same problem, I've found the answer... I had enabled that payment method for recurring payments only.
