The email check is done PHP side. So if cloudflare is having issues with it then it's caching HTML form posts, which it absolutely should never do. If you can setup cloudflare to ignore caching on the below URLs then purge your cache to see if the issue is gone.

Aside from that there's nothing I can do for you as your issue is with cloudflare caching too aggressively. Caching should be used sparingly on static pages only. Dynamic pages and HTML forms should never be cached.

I raised a bug against Cloudflare in the morning and they are checking the issue. They believe it might be due to SPDY but not sure as SPDY is being used in all browser Chrome, Firefox, IE to speedup caching.

Thanks for the update. I tested the user registration workflow number of times by enabling/disabling cloudflare. User creation failed in all the enabled instances even after purging cache from cloudflare and reducing down the cache setting to basic. I tried from android and the default IE browser from andriod too having same issue. Firefox had no issues.
I hope they will come up with solution. In case they pointed something related to CB I will let you know.

Just an update to community that this issue is confirmed with Cloudflare but they still not able to fix the issue.
