Checked your site. You seam to be using a massively out of date version that's still using Facebooks API. Please install latest CB Connect. If you're using Facebook Connect then replace it with CB Connect. Anything except latest CB Connect will not work due to API changes on Facebooks end.

Continue the problem.
cb connect> tools: no errors for FB.
warnings ::: General :: open_basedir is in Affect; CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION disabled.
