Authorize.net Recurring payment not showing in backend.

Joomla Version - 3.2.1
CB Version - 1.9.1
CB Subs Version - 3.0.0

I have 100+ users who have subscribed to a plan. Almost all of them have recurring payment activated.

I can see that their credit card has been charged in authorize.net and I have received the money.



But these transactions are not reflected in CB subs and hence it is causing the membership to expire.



I cannot see any renewals coming through.
What might have caused this? Please advise.

Also to add.

Silent Post URL notifications to set into authorize.net: - this has been added long time before.
There are no errors in the payment gateway logs in my case it's only authorize.net.

Are there any notifications for the transactions within CBSubs > Notifications? If so, what do they say the state is? If not check CBSubs > History around the time of the purchase to see if there was an error maybe before the IPN was processed. If nothing there either then Authorize.net never communicated to the CBSubs site that the payment processed (Silent Post not working).

Yes, it seems like the problem was due to the silent mode. The url that was set was the older one with IP address and the URL that is currently there contains the domain name.

I have changed the URL in authorize.net and results are shown for today i.e. (dec-27), but previous records are not reflected. Is there a way I can sync my authorize.net transaction with CB Subs.

Please advice.

You'll need to see if Authorize.net can re-try the IPN with the new URL. Otherwise there is no other way except to manually pay the basket or renew the user manually. CBSubs has no recurring profile re-sync feature as most gateways do not have such API.
