Upgrade to Joomla 3 Juice or jupdate was created by only1russ

I am looking to update my site, and I'd like to "start over" with nwe plugins, etc all being Joomla 3 compliant.

I have heard of juice, and used it, but lost pictures (many years ago)

What is the best way to migrate all my users and profile pix to the new site?

CB Juice is the only way to properly migrate CB users. Some migration extensions may also work with CB, but I've never tried them.
