Disable Messaging / Send Email was created by AlexRag

I can't seem to figure out how to disable the "Messages" link appearing on other users profile.

I have disabled the "Private Message System" plugin and turned off the "Quick Message" tab, but I don't think these apply.

CB COnfiguration -> General Tab -> Email Handling -> Do not show email
